I can confirm this still occurs daily on 42.3. It seems to occur more frequently when the number of windows and desktops in use increase. I generally have apps running on 3-desktops and is triggered, as far as I can tell, on a window focus change after some random number of changes has occurred. (In fact I just triggered it minimizing konsole and saved the backtrace).
