The openSUSE 10.2 alpha 4 has only 8 modules out of 14 in SUSE Linux 10.0. Then the sound card was found and configured correctly straight away. It does for me. The /dev/input/eventN mouse section is gone for good, and a standard mouse listening on /dev/input/mice is included (as it is supposed to be).
