Yes, my AP broadcasts its SSID and described behavior is there with / without NetworkManager. When I run following commands, ipw2200 works: - /etc/init.d/network stop - rmmod ipw2200 ieee80211_crypt_* ieee80211 ieee80211_crypt - modprobe ipw2200 - /etc/init.d/network start Without these commands, I see networks from previous locations mixed with new networks, ... and I can't connect. I'm moving between networks with WEP, WPA, WPA2 (Personal) with TKIP, CCMP, ...
