Especially after the recent Kernal updates which were large and lengthy files. I would plead with you to be able to fix this bug before the release of 10.2 as this situation is only going to get worse as more people love the product and I see online updates having a bug still present as and issue that reflects very poorly on product design and QA. I will be moving the DSLAM in January which will probable solve the problem, however I dont believe every one has that luxury.
