But this is currently default for hotpluggable storage devices. A plugged in card isn't handled different than e.g. a usb-memory-stick. But you can change your desired mount options very easily via Kde System (icon on desktop), rightclick on the card-icon, choose Properties and in the right tab you can change your mountoptions. (also see http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Changing_mount_options_on_USB_mass_storage_device) If you have further problems with this or meant something else, feel free to reopen this bug.
