Still, the Xserver needs 64bit addresses in a 32bit user space program, for mmap()ing. I used to be listed on bugzilla.samba.org under number 1780. It resulted in a patch, which Jerry said got merged. I could really use this functionality to enable my AD printers to work with the (local cups running) Linux Clients, for my customers. So am wondering if it's possible to built in? Or do i need to compile it myself, or did I not get the list information right :) (offcourse i'd rather keep the SuSE precompiled's.) So I choose "Create Custom Partition Setup". I choose 1.IDE (first HD) and after that I check the checkbox for /dev/hda6. This screen also shows me /dev/hda10 being "Linux swap", which is correct. When I now click Next, The "Installation Settings"-screen tells me it wants to delete /dev/hda6 and to "create root partition /dev/hda10 (4.8 GB) with reiserfs". My /dev/hda10 partition is 290Mb. This doesn't look right to me. Then, I choose to change again, but now I select "Custom Partitioning (for experts". Now, /dev/hda9 has become my swap partition and /dev/hda10 has become a 4.8Gb partition. And if the user clicks the tray icon anyway, an information popup with the text "ZMD is not running" is displayed, which is nice as well. The kvpnc and vpnc version are the same in 10.2 alpha 5 yet I I get disconnected every minute. The cisco-client works, so it has to be a client issue. Since kvpnc and vpnc are the same version in both systems, could this patch be the cause, or is it not part of alpha 5? I'll try to copy my kvpnc config from 10.1 and test, but if it happens with that old config, I think it's this patch.
