So only changing some documentation will not be enough, IMO. There should definitely be some automatic resolution of this inconsistency. This test[1] only collects /var/log/pk_backend_zypp which doesn't have enough information. I've prepared a patch for this. Some videos switch occasionally, others a lot. I tried switching to the vlc-videolan repository, but that didn't help and switched back. I searched on the web for remedies, but that gave no improvement. Haven't seen this before. You have to install sof-firmware package. It's usually selected by the hardware supplements. But, beware that the latest Leap 15.6 kernel update had a regression for some ASoC Intel models which made loading broken in other way. The previous kernel (shipped in July) should work.
