That's slightly ;-) different from my guess after reading the comment #0. Werner, there's some irony in the fix. I've read in your OBS comments how much you "like" the idea of usrMerge, and the fix for this bug is to backport changes that were done upstream for, surprise, usrMerge. SR 682454 sent.
