They all have write permissions. I don't know how to dump the the console output out of the installing machine. So, I cannot show the exact what I did and the output. And resolved the problem after embarrassing myself. It turns out that I had NetworkManager installed from Lemmy repository (Version 1.6.2 which is something I did not expect. I replaced NetworkManager with the version from the official openSuse repoistory and everything works the way its supposed to.
