The affected system is a less than 2 years old HP Elitedesk 800 G1 TWR, I would consider it quite a "standard" system. When I set: - left monitor: desktop, wallpaper1 - center monitor: folder-view, wallpaper2 - right monitor: desktop, wallpaper3 After reboot is my configuration broken: - left monitor: desktop, wallpaper1 - center monitor: desktop, default theme wallpaper - right monitor: folder-view, wallpeper2 And second little problem is, that all my monitor have various W-H and resolution. Tigervnc's vncviewer doesn't implement it correctly and interprets the data of new stream as continuation of the old one, which leads to decompression errors. Tigervnc's server never resets the stream, so it's not a problem with our default VNC server, but it can be problem with other servers. Resetting the stream is useful when a client is forwarded from one server to another.
