When I run it and try to add a profile via the "Profile Creation" wizard a.k.a. Unison Profile Creation Assistant, it segfaults when I attempt to choose a local directory. The directory chooser window (which I assume is not a part of unison) flashes on the screen for a split-second. /var/log/messages says: pantograf kernel: [ 649.287711] unison[9180]: segfault at 30 ip 00007ffda011c958 sp 00007fff5cce51a0 error 4 in libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0.2400.18[7ffd9ff01000+42c000] and when I run unison in a bash shell, I get the following messages on-screen: (unison:9217): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_tree_model_filter_get_value: assertion `GTK_TREE_MODEL_FILTER (model)->priv->stamp == iter->stamp' failed (unison:9217): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: gtype.c:4204: type id `0' is invalid (unison:9217): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: can't peek value table for type `<invalid>' which is not currently referenced Segmentation fault Thanks. For example: - Online Update - Hardware Information - Printer - Sound - /etc/sysconfig/ Editor - Kernel Settings - Services Manager … If I'm correct, most of these strings are normally translated in opensuse-i18n/trunk/lcn/fr/po/update-desktop-files-yast.fr.po: https://svn.opensuse.org/viewvc/opensuse-i18n/trunk/lcn/fr/po/update-deskto… They were fully translated with 13.1 but – I don't know why – some translations were lost with 13.2. Now the file is fully translated again. I attach a screenshot which shows that in the K menu you can see just blank icons while in KWrite and in SystemSettings no icons at all. Interestingly, KDE 4 applications are not affected, they can show the default breeze icons. As I need to use openvpn to connect to SUSE internal network, I'm using dnsmasq to forward resolving of SUSE domain names to SUSE name servers and the rest is resolved through the local name server. This used to work fine with 13.2. Now I have updated to 42.1 and my resolv.conf contains: # Generated by NetworkManager search suse.cz suse.de nameserver 192.168.2.1 When 'netconfig update' is run, it complains that resolv.conf has been updated manually and so it won't touch it. I have to run 'netconfig update -f' to force updating /etc/resolv.conf and then my DNS setup starts working again. This should really live in a qt package. I'm also wondering about everything in etc/xdg/menus/, usr/share/desktop-directories/ and usr/share/icons/: this contains the XDG menu structure, except that GNOME now uses something else since we were not happy with this structure and were unable to make any real progress on changing it. LXDE also doesn't use it. So it's now more or less KDE-specific... Finally, etc/skel/ contains public_html. Is this something you want to keep?
