If the LUN 0 is not mapped to host, it will create a temporary scsi_device with LUN id 0 and send REPORT_LUNS command to it. After the REPORT_LUNS succeeds, it walks through the LUN table returned by REPORT_LUNS and adds each LUN found to sysfs. At the end of REPORT_LUNS lun table scan, it will delete the temporary scsi_device of LUN 0. When scsi devices are added to sysfs, it calls add_dev function of all the registered class interfaces. If ses driver is registered, it will call ses_intf_add(). We need to compile kernel modules form this project: http://code.google.com/p/easy-slow-down-manager/ After loading samsung-backlight and easy_slow_down_manager we`re able to turn on/off backlight through /proc/easy_backlight, wifi trough /proc/easy_wifi_kill, manage over power saving (/proc/easy_slow_down_manager) and finally manage brightness by /sys/devices/virtual/backlight/samsung/brightness. Please add this module into openSUSE kernel and provide control over them by function keys. Can I help with this? What to do next to provide control over modules by function keys? This was done by configuring chipcardd.conf in /etc/chipcard/server and afterwards integrate it into the system with insserv chipcardd. (Additionally chipcardc.conf in /etc/chipcard/client had also to be configured) Now only chipcardc.conf is present in /etc/chipcard but configuring only the client seems to be not enough, because the chipcard will not be detected. So it seems to be that the server branch is lost (it was formerly part of the package libchipcard4) By the way, formerly means at least within openSUSE 11.2 For example the command geldkarte loaded gave the following error message: 3:2011/02/09 21-26-04:geldkarte3(6031):client.c: 410: SCardEstablishContext: Error SCARD_E_NO_SERVICE: The Smartcard resource manager is not running. Maybe you have to start the Smartcard service manually? ERROR: Could not init libchipcard3. Install tvbrowser-2.7.5-1.3 and set up some TV programs under the standard kernel-2.6.34.7-0.7 1. Install kernel-2.6.37-rc8.29.1 (or other 'test_kernel-of-the-day') 2. reboot & login 3. start tvbrowser-2.7.5-1.3 (and download/update TV program information manually) Actual Results: tvbrowser isn't able to get TV program informations. It says "wait blabla..." but nothing happens. Expected Results: Update of TV program informations will happen.
