Pand works only when pan0 isn't created, and pand then creates normal bnep interface. Good way to make pand working, is switch off bluetooth on startup (on same notebooks is switch) or ejecting bluetooth dongle (not tested) before startup. I think the best way to fix it is disabling automatic turning on of bluetooth on startup (automatic turning on started from OpenSUSE 11.2 and I don't like it). My two Windows installations are treated correctly but the two other linux openSuSE 11.1 installations do not get treated correctly. Incorrect info is put into grub and they do not boot. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. The treatment of the original grub menu is ignored and a new boot loader is installed on the new partition. It would be nicer to add the new install to the existing menu.lst instead of starting over. The stanzas for the other linux kernels are not properly detected and a chainloader is referenced. I think this service is supposed to download the file automatically. So, to use the new file, I have added it to my .spec file. But now, my build fails, telling me it cannot find the file. Apparently, the file is not downloaded. (see my project, home:hiberis:UNSTABLE, package glib) This used to work before, when the build service did not use "download services". The application needs to have the option backingstore. But our system, a normal 11.2 system with an nvidia videocard, doesn't use backingstore. We made a xorg.conf and added the line "Option "BackingStore"" and xdpyinfo shows us that this option is being set, but "saveunders" won't be set. Is there any way to solve this problem? We are using windowmaker, but it seems to be a problem with the XServer. It seems, and some research in the internet describe it, that this option won't be used anymore by X.
