Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Extract the attached dxtest file to a directory. 2. Open a terminal and cd to the extracted dxtest directory. 3. Run "dx" to start OpenDX. 4. Click "Run Visual Program" 5. Choose the WF.net file 6. Click in the opened window titled "Image: path/to/dxtest/WF.net" 7. Press CTRL-R. This should put the mouse mode into rotate so that the 3D image can be rotated by clicking on it and dragging. However, nothing happens. Actual Results: The keyboard shortcut doesn't work. Expected Results: The window should be put in rotate mode so that I can rotate the image by clicking and dragging. Behavior works as expected in Fedora Core 12 and Ubuntu 9.10. There is an annoying work around. One can go to Options -> View Control and manually change the mode to rotate. As an example: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Apache:/MirrorBrain/Apache_openSU… has a key that expired at April 1, 2010; i.e., 12 days ago. (The key has ID 0xBD6D129A and fingerprint EDDD C98D 96A0 F889 9AB0 7C78 9584 A164 BD6D 129A.) This looks like a resource leak to me. For example, running "display /usr/share/pixmaps/yast.png" gives a window flickering with 100% CPU. Also, show a big JPG file (like photo) with display, then resize it (e.g. View -> Half Size via left-click menu), then results in a flickering window. I had to remotely log in and kill the beast with "kill -9". "Standard" Factory installation, X11:Xorg repository added, updated today. "i915.powersave=0" boot parameter because of bug 596844. I played around with the KDE4 desktop effects: the sliding in- and out start menu, the menu of the battery applet and the menu of the "disk mounting applet". I slid them in an out repeatedly. Suddenly the X server locked up, but the mouse cursor was still moving. The animation of my animated mouse cursor stopped. Logfile is attached.
