When KDE Desktop appeared keyboard was US 104. I changed it to Finnish 105 -keyboard by System Settings and all is working right. My keyboard is Fujitsu Siemens KB SLIM MF. They move with the arrow keys, which is the only indicator. * The Package Selection screen for the detailed software install. When a pattern is selected, focus moves to the Package window. If doing a mouseless install, arrowing down the Pattern list to get to the right pattern involves a lot of Shift-Tab to get focus back to the Pattern window, arrow down, shift-tab back, arrow down, etc. Perhaps focus should not automatically move to the Pattern window in this case? The use-case for that would be a user using both the mouse and the keyboard for navigation, where clicking on the pattern needed allows them to simply arrow down to the package they need and then hitting enter to select it. It saves mouse-movements. For the mouseless user (such as one suffering from bug 498334), the keyboard is the only option so this default makes for an annoying back-and-forth to set up a customized system. No patch is declaring this package, AFAICS, and I don't see why a security patch needs to install the system documentation, unless RTFM is a requirement since tonight >:-) Even after disabling the three patches, the manual still wants to be installed. I didn't know that it was possible to include even more information into the software management module but the one in openSUSE 11.2 proofed me wrong :-) Instead of overcrowding the module why not make the views accessible via menu bar (see mock up). This is the way people know it from various desktops. The third reason is that the mechanism of adding and removing tabs doesn't seem to be usable to me. Fourthly this is a misuse of tabs as the various tabs are mostly depend of each other (e.g. when I mark a package via package groups it is also marked when I search for it and shown in the summary). I run basic test for openSUSE 11.2 Milestone 1 and I couldn't get spelling check in Openoffice writer for Finnish language. There is some voikko packages installed, but any spelling vocabulary is not working in default. I'm not sure is this bug, or property of this first development version. You can close this if you think this is not bug yet. English spell check works in bugzilla. OpenOffice default language is Finnish in my installation. I can click on other messages in the list, but they'll never be shown in the message view, which remains showing "Formatting message...". In general I can interact with Evolution just fine, but the message view remains unresponsive and doesn't show anything except for that message. If I then try to quit Evolution, it de-sensitizes all its widgets but never actually exits; it's probably waiting for a thread to terminate or something. What other info do you need to diagnose this?
