You get a dialog that says it is about to probe video modes; with a count down and two buttons: OK, stop. If you click stop, you're stuck. The dialog doesn't go away. You can't click on "skip configuration" or "abort" because the dialog has the focus, and there is no way to close it. There is no way to skip this step (which locks up my system). You can only re-boot, which puts you back into the first boot configuration. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Get to the video probing step during first boot 2.Click on "stop" before the timer counts down 3.Try to get out of it. you can't. Actual Results: You can only click OK, which may then lock up your system. I use only external display (xinerama and clone are turned off, also laptop's display is turned off in BIOS settings), but when X starts it works in clone mode (login screen is displayed at laptop's display) with wrong resolution for both displays: looks like laptop's display Y-resolution is 1024 and external's X is 1440. When I turn off laptop's display using KDE's Desktop Settings external display has correct resolution, but from time to time it dies (I get black screen, and it doesn't work even in other telinit). xrandr can't open display. I attach xorg.conf, also I will add Xorg's log. Disable laptop's display (I used KDE's display settings). 2. Work until crash. 3. Now your display died, so you can't even switch to terminal and restarting X makes laptop's screen work again, but it turns off when you login. Actual Results: Unhappily do a bug report. Whenever okular attempts to open a pdf file it crashes. I have reported this bug on bugs.kde.org (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=186556) and have been advised that the version of libpoppler-qt4 supplied for openSUSE 11.0 is an old version (libpoppler-qt4-3-0.8.2-1.3). I note that the version supplied for openSUSE 11.1 is a later version (0.10.4-6.3). Can these be brought in sync please. Yast2 sw_single started to install packages which already were in system in same version. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use openSUSE Factory 2. Add manually (ie. in yast2 sw_single or by downloading *.repo file into /etc/zyppper.. dir) some repository (like KDE4 Factory) and install its packages. 3. Try to install by single click installer packages already present in system from same repository (for example that KDE4 Factory) Actual Results: Packages are reinstalled by those provided single click install Counter of remaining packages displays negative number (will be reported in another bug - I'm mentioning it just to show that something is wrong). Expected Results: I'd expect only new packages being installed. There somehow got garbage character in /usr/share/vim/vim72/syntax/apparmor.vim therefore net_bind_service and sys_resource are not highlighting. In addition deny rules are red and the "capability audit_control," is not highlighted. Otherwise really nice!
