If I leave a DVD in the second drive, the installation process stopps with a message like "Couldn't find file /content on media cd:///" (free translation from german). The installation will not continue before I take the second media out of the drive. I notice the following line of code if (!(is = popen("/bin/netstat -tnp 2> /dev/null", "r"))) but I fail to notice a matching call to pclose at the end of the routine. This looks like a resource leak to me. The script init_buildsystem handles this. But for Ubuntu, the checking in this script isn't enough, as a result, qemu-arm-static won't be copied to buildroot and local build will fail. The reason is because Ubuntu has a package called "qemu-arm-static" to support arm emulation, which doesn't install qemu-binfmt-conf.sh, however, it setup binfmt correctly to pointing to qemu-arm-static. This script only checks if qemu is regisered but forgets to copy qemu-arm-static. A fixed version of this script is attached. BTW, Ubuntu qemu package only supports kvm or x86 emulation. Actual Results: Throbber starts for a splitsecond, then stops. leaving you with whatever was displayed before in the window. Going to pages in the about: namespace still works, though. There is not even an error page when one configures an unreachable proxy. Expected Results: Get me to the selected destination URL. It does not happen with a partially updated system (i.e. still 11.1 packages left to update).
