Still a problem.
Using latest fully up-to-date openSUSE 11.1 kernel, KDE 4.3.whatever, and it's
still a problem.
Happens all too frequently, especially on a laptop, because when you are on
battery and then plug in the laptop it re-enables compositing and then you have
a problem because frequently the screen was also locked.
