Do I need to install any other rpm's so I can format a reiser4 partition 2. What steps(or commands) are needed to set up and use a Reiser4 partition, on a empty unused partition ? I know this is unsupported but I would like to know. Thanks four time. In Linux this is a problem, because we still living in the dark age of stricted privilages. Few years ago default user could not use floppy ! In the GNU/Linux user mostly defines mount points of hard drives partitions by him self. In the real world people want just use system. For example in KDE we have „media:/” and mount points in this point of view are not important any more. So maybe openSUSE should propose automatically create default mount points? 1. If a new disk appears or in the installation process yast2 should automatically mount those new partitions for example in: /mnt/sda1 /mnt/sda2 /mnt/sdb1 etc. This is a small problem but very important. If there is less to manual configure then more happy is the average user. I clicked on Disable IPv6 and I see only busy mouse cursor. I figured since there's all these problems with wpa I'll try wep until it's fixed. However after making a profile for it is has suffixed (WPA) onto it and refuse to connect when clicked on. the WPA profiles still try to connect however the WEP doesn't try at all, just stays with the wireless icon with an x in it.
