But: a) there is no decoding software in this driver, so there are no legal issues b) there are lots of dvb drivers in the kernel anyway :-) I can get DVB applications from packman for example, but I still have the problem with the kernel. When I click on any link labeled "PDF" on http://www.uni-math.gwdg.de/jahnel/linkstopapers.html the same window opens, but it says "Vom Typ: PDF-Dokument" ("Of type: PDF-Document"), and offers XPDF as an application to open the file. In 10.2 I had to use the follwing commands to get access to this modem: # modprobe -r usb-storage # modprobe usbserial vendor=0x12d1 product=0x1003 or udev rules which block the "internal cdrom" of the modem and install the usbserial driver. After the last modprobe I got /dev/ttyUSB0 and /dev/ttyUSB1 and I can use kinternet or minicom to access this modem with AT commands. RTAX_MAX), then f->rt_metrics[i+1] is not valid.
