They should all have semi-colons. "Detect Displays" is really too wide. It shouldn't be as wide as the window. Title of the window contains "monitor". First option contains "screen". Last button contains "displays". See where I'm heading? :-) Monitor is probably the best term to use. Not quite sure why "Mirror Screens" is at the top. Looks weird to me. I'm sorry this comes so late -- I thought the requirement was known and that something was already going on :/ cups-pk-helper is a small PolicyKit helper that offers a dbus interface to configure cups. There are around 3000 lines of C code (using glib and cups). Various PolicyKit actions are now available, to help with the various configuration needs (eg, configure local printers without a password). Note: please review version 0.0.3 -- old versions don't have some checks for arguments passed over dbus. If the dock was placed on the right or bottom side, there are no consequences except a visual glitch (the dock border disappears over the window's border). But if the dock was placed on the top or left side, the overflowing inner widget will cover the resizing handle, making it impossible to resize it again. The bug is perfectly reproducible here using qtdemo: run "qtdemo", then choose "Main Windows" from the menu, then again "Dock Widgets" and finally launch the demo. Within the Dock Widgets demo, move one of the docks to the left side and resize both to the minimum possible size. This is a NVidia GeForce 8200 based motherboard and the standard OpenSuSE 11.1 2.26.27.7-9-default kernel does not seem to have support for the SATA controller on this motherboard. It is possible to go into the motherboard BIOS and change the SATA mode from SATA to AHCI and back but I have tried both settings and the SATA controller never seems to be found. No hard drives attached to the on-board SATA ports are discovered. This happens very frequent, for example when reading a page on the site, carefully reading, then taking the mouse to scroll for example and it's lost. It takes about 15 seconds (estimated, not measured) and then the mouse 'jumps' a bit an it becomes working again. In /var/log/messages, the following lines appear: Dec 3 18:57:15 3120-2914 kernel: psmouse.c: GlidePoint at isa0060/serio1/input0 lost synchronization, throwing 3 bytes away. The only thing brought up when the X server starts up is a gray screen that fades out into a dark grey screen (pics coming in a few minutes). The framebuffer graphics in GRUB, the early bootsplash, and YaST installation do work, albeit not at the correct resolution (although that is more related to the resolution of my PC, so it's not part of the bug report). After some research, apparently the driver for this chipset wasn't released early enough to be included in openSUSE 11.0, and I'm not sure if it is scheduled to be included in openSUSE 11.1 (I'm also not sure exactly what drivers this card requires, BTW). It would be -wonderful- to have a more helpful message for this case of the form: you havn't registered any repositories for your project, please use $ osc foo baa baz (or the web tool) to register some ...
