First I added standard EXT3 as / Second I tried to add standard swap (2GB) for S2disk and here is a problem... I can select "Format this partition as swap" but I can select mountpoint as swap, because there is no offer for swap, you know... I pressed OK and the additional files were installed until glibc-2.8-14.1. Installation of glibc does not work. yast2 is crashing. The / partition is lost. The system must be new installed. I use Linux WLT203 2.6.25.11-0.1-default #1 SMP 2008-07-13 20:48:28 +0200 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux. If I get such a window with many required files to install, I reboot the system and retry to install software. Sometimes I get under this procedure only 3 to 5 additional files to install. This works. This bug is a disaster, please repair it quickly. I got a proposal of sda1 600MB swap sda2 4GB / sda3 5.5GB /home then I deleted sda3 and wanted to resize sda2 to its maximum possible size. Deleting sda3 is possible, but resizing sda2 is not. The offending package was kernel-default. I'll also note I went with the factory recommendations and an LVM preferred layout, using the entire (8G) disk.
