Qt YaST issues a nice warning when being invokved as a regular user: "YaST Control Center is not running as root. The is especially disturbing for installations sources, which moved it's directory (e.g. on build service). Earlier versions of gtk2 used to expose pangoxft in their .pc files. Packages like control-center2 incorrectly relied on this and started to fail when the references to pangoxft could no longer be resolved. This has been fixed upstream by removing all references to pangoxft. The patch doesn't do anything useful other than creating an unnecessary dependency!
