All,
Can all openSUSE approved licenses link together assuming a library
has one license and the caller another?

My specific case is a library with "BSD with Advertizing" being called
by an app with a CPL and IBM License.
I currently have "sleuthkit" in my home directory linking that way and
would like to push it to security (and factory) but I'm not sure if
that's acceptable or not.
