Privacy means you can control your data into the borders of G+. Privacy as the fact you will keep your data isn´t enabled in G+. Actually, Google will make a lot money by selling your data. Facebook did the same. I had a discussion about that with a friend on holiday. She shared her mobile number on facebook and asked me why other people know them now...
That's true, all of them are making money with our information. A *big* difference is this: On FB all your information (thoughts, pictures, videos...) belongs to FB and they will store it on their servers indefinitely even if you close your account. Since you've created a FB account you are giving them those rights over your data. On g+ doesn't exist such a clause so your data is always yours and if you want it you can delete all your history with one click.
