On older versions of libreoffice, hitting f1 or going to the help menu would bring up the actual libreoffice help menu. Since about a month ago it opens up my browser and goes to the web based help.
I have searched through the menus, especially tools -> options, and cannot find a configuration command to tell it to open up the installed help instead of the web, and no avail.
I find several instances of the same problem on the web, but none that actually provide a solution.
This has happened on my home desktop, my laptop, and my work desktop. On all 3 I am using Leap 42.2 and libreoffice 5.2.3.
Anyone else have the same problem, and maybe you know a way to go back to offline help? Seems like it has to be common, if I have it happening on all 3 of my computers.
This happens on 42.1 as well. It seems that suse has not built the offline help into the distro. Some people say the offline help is buggy and not worth having, so either use the online help or download the PDF version. Or download everything from the libreOffice web site instead of using the openSUSE version.
