A person starts Firefox and sees the entry "openSUSE" under the URL box; Thinks, "Aha, there could be some documentation on how to have multimedia working" and clicks on the entry -- and Behold! there is shown "openSUSE Documentation"! The person is in raptures - until s/he finds that it is virtually impossible to see anything useful re multimedia except - when by accident, or in a drunken or enraged state - s/he stumbles across the words "opensuse-community.org" and then comes across http://opensuse-community.org/ where the 1-click install appears.
Now, if you want to be really helpful to all those suffering souls who install openSUSE and then have to go thru hell to get their multimedia working why not add there all the hints about what to do when one is not using KDE or Gnome but one of the other DEs? :-) And you will indemnify the site owners? You already knew the answer the the question so *why* start another endless thread about how *utu does it?
Watcha talking about Patrick?! Where does "*utu" come into this? Carlos indicates that this multimedia is covered in the fora so why not add it to the bit where the 1-click install appears for those using KDE or GNOME desktops so that those who don't use KDE/GNOME are also able to have access to multimedia?
