This isn't really new is it? I thought SpiderOak stopped building openSUSE RPMs back in 2012. I remember this from Google+: https://plus.google.com/118182144522076820414/posts/huwnFyu31zP Plus... the "last RPM" you listed is dated 11 Oct 2012? There have been several releases since Oct 2012, including a branding fix for SpiderOak on openSUSE in June of 2013. The repo version you were using (or at least referencing) looks to be a REALLY old release anyway.
