Well, i supposed that was coming... It would not matter to me, if 11.2, or 11.3 could be installed over the internet, as one should expect with a net iso... But i asked in factory where to point the installer, but i did not get an answer....
Every time I've done an internet install, I've simply downloaded the network install ROM and let it do it's thing.
Ofcourse, me too...but they must find the repo... If dhcp does not work, i can point them towards the gateway, the urls inside the netiso's don't match, and nobody seems to know the 'real name' for the url...
Well, whattayeknow, seems the networkcable was broken this way, that the clip to secure the plug in its socket was torn off: the cable was sitting in the socket, but not entirely to the bottom: no contact.... So you see, i made a lot of fuss about something that was not it..... i am deeply ashamed... :-s.. But now it works.... Did a lot of unnessesary things, cluttered the list with lies! I want to appologise for that... regards, Rob. -- Enjoy your time around, Oddball (M9.) (Now or never...)
