The idea of moving the mouse pointer away so I can see what's there or type in the window unobstructed, but then loosing the focus because the pointer is no longer in the window seems counter-productive.
Why don't you set the mouse to "dissappear" after so many idle seconds so it dosen't obstruct your viewing and doesn't require "special" attentin? And now that I want to tell you where and how to do this, I cannot find the location of the configuration, but... I do have mine configured to blank the mouse pointer immediately on any keyboard action in the focused window, ie: <shift-key> -- Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://counter.li.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
