So you now have an 11.2 beta system
????say what?!?? I thought it was the latest updates for 11.1.
it isn't. in openSUSE, "factory" stands for beta release, and there are warnings all over the place not to use it for production systems.
The "Factory" repository is where openSUSE is built. While they try and keep it in order, it tends to be more messy than the final released product. Occasionally, there are even "industrial accidents" which could result in loss of time or data. The latest updates for 11.1 are in the "11.1 Updates" repository. -- Boyd Stephen Smith Jr. ,= ,-_-. =. bss@iguanasuicide.net ((_/)o o(\_)) ICQ: 514984 YM/AIM: DaTwinkDaddy `-'(. .)`-' http://iguanasuicide.net/ \_/
