No, it means "the worst value so far is:" - it doesn't mean that parameter failed. A parameter has failed when the value is lower than the treshold.
So I looked at 'RAW_VALUE' where the 'Reallocated_Event_Count' is 1, so 1 bad sector realloacted isn't that bad. And Reallocated_Sectors_Ct is 0 (raw value). Or should I read this as 'tried to reallocate one sector, but failed' ?
No, did not fail.
I compared with my own laptop where I put in a new drive about a month ago. Reallocated_Event_Count is 200 200 for VALUE and WORST, RAW_VALUE is 0. Of the 18 entries, there are 6 that are different for VALUE and WORST.
