Hi all,
I created two different users. How is it that I am able to view and copy files using Dolphin from another user directory to my directory? I shouldn't be able to see the other user's directory.
I'm using openSUSE 11.1.
That's the default in OpenSUSE, including with earlier version. For some reason, they decided you should be able to look into other users directories. Everyone is given read & execute permissions to other users directories. You can change the default by changing the UMASK valuse in /etc/login.defs. -- Use OpenOffice.org http://www.openoffice.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
