I don't know, but you could try making an entry on fstab for mounting that iso by-id, and giving it the "noauto" option. Linux should read that entry and not automatically mount it. The part I don't know is, if the other RW partition will then be automatically mounted. I guess it will, but you'll have to try and find out :-) - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
