As others have said, old news. I thought then, and think now, that it was a comfort blanket for some corporate type somewhere, not real in any real sense. It may provide food for land-sharks, in the USA but nowhere else, and cause large corporations to eat their own tails at some po0int in the future (like the SCO/IBM debacle). So it is therefore nothing to do with me, or with Linux as a whole, If the dinasaurs want to trample each others nests, just keep out the the way and let them do it. So far they havn't. I am much more disturbed by the passing of software patent laws and DRM.
