Ok, did that. No luck.
OK, I think, that probably it might be a BIOS bug.
Qemu Userspace works, but KVM (kernel acceleration) does not. I know for sure that XP-64 works for me, which bring me to the conclusion above.
Try to update BIOS.
Hmm. Why would BIOS have to do with /dev/kqemu not being present? I would think that issue would be on the part of the kvm kernel modules? Also, its a fairly recent system. Only a few months old.
