Generally, I think domestic UPS in Canada (ie shipping city to city) is reasonable too. The problems come when you try to ship something across the border from the US to Canada... customs processing fees can and do often exceed the original value of the stuff being shipped... and if you are getting it shipped outside a major city, you're basically screwed. UPS just cannot get it right for shipping to rural or small town Canada. Purolator or others.. no problems.. UPS.. it'll rarely ever arrive.
