Hi. As mentioned in the subject, I want to be able to use /dev/ttyS0 as user. I have done some work in Yast, but it doesn't work. The /dev/ttyS0 belongs to uucp crw-rw---- 1 root uucp 4, 64 Jul 10 14:32 /dev/ttyS0 And in the /etc/group less group |grep uucp uucp:x:14:erikja users:x:100:uucp less group.YaST2save |grep uucp uucp:x:14:erikja I hope this is enough information to tell me what I have to do to be able to use /dev/ttyS0 as user.
