I can't even get an update. When I view the patched in YOU, it shows the kernel at the Beta3 kernel. No packages available. Of course, I don't install a lot of stuff like apparmour or openoffice or beagle, so that may be it.

The kernel in B3 was upgraded to 2.6.25.4-4 (and which caused all the hassles). The one in RC1 ends in 4-5 (or something like it) but is not the same as in B3 -- I checked to see if I would need to re-intall the whole thing on the first reboot :-) .
