I'm sure some consider that a breach, but as Matthias said, you don't have to use it if you don't want to let anyone know what CDs you possess. OpenSuse/Novell could help protect our data and only include applications that inform users and give a choice before sending our personal data to third parties if it is not required for the obvious purpose of the program.
