Odd but true: delete /usr/$LIB/libIndirectGL.so.1. $LIB is either lib (on my system) or lib64? Then compiz will start. The mystery I have is why this file (a link) keeps coming back after reboots. Some entity want to keep remaking this link. This solves the issue above. I do not know about the issue below. Maybe they follow after the error above?
For me it is /usr/lib. But i renamed the libIndirectGL.so.1 file and restarted the system and receive a white screen when logging in as user and root. It appeared both the compiz and novell client daemon started b/c when i reboot the system from the white screen, there are 0 "failed" messages from the novfs shutting down. When the problem first happened, there was a "failed" by the novfs message at reboot time. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
