[opensuse] Localhost:631 is Not Found

Hi all, I'm using opensuse 10.3, 64bit, and can't found a solution to get cups working (i assume the problem is not with the printer, epson 440 anyway). As from subjet when i try to acces the localhost:631 page i get a "Not Found" message. This is an opensuse 10.3 oss repo "bare" system, no pacman's etc. repos... Searched the web but didn't found a solution ... I also use opensuse 32bit on a laptop and the cups config web page works over there... So maybe someone can give me some suggestions to solve this problem...
