So which is it, no success in getting it to print (i.e. initial config), or inability to print after it is turned off and on? That is 2 different problems. And you give no error info to give us any clues to even try to help. Assuming you have it working with hplip, what is the output of hp-check? I've just had a look at the above bug report and on 7 January 2008 it was marked as "RESOLVED". Well, it hasn't been as far as I am concerned because I just looked at my (new) installation of 10.3 on another computer and see that the DisablePrinters........ parameter is STILL set to YES as a (?)default.
