Since the 64 bit browsers can't use the 32 bit Java plugin, I decided to install the 32 bit versions of Seamonkey and Firefox. However, even though I downloaded the i586 packages, when I installed them, the 64 bit versions were apparently downloaded and installed. Is there any way to force installation of 32 bit packages? Do I have to use the packages from Mozilla, rather than from openSUSE?
tnx jk
In YaST Software Management you can specify which version to install. Look in tab Versions (right bottom panel), and click on version that you want to install.
I'll have to give that a try. tnx -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
