If you mean makeSUSEdvd, it will work with 10.3 and will make a bootable DVD image[0]. The only problem is, 10.3 comes as either a single DVD install with either KDE or Gnome as the desktop environment, or a DVD. The 5-CD installation releases no longer exist.
[0] Or did the last time I checked it, which was with RC1.
