For NA openSUSE 10.2 will be available only through shopNovell.com. For EMEA box business remains as is (in retail shops, in onlineshops etc.) and in different countries.
I don't know what the local jargon "EMEA" stands for, and I don't know what definition is applied to "business remains as is [for retail shops..etc]" but I can telly you that it is *NOT* the same since version 10.0. Prior to 10.10 I could go to 'local' (Australian) Linux shops and find the option to *pre-order* SuSE at least 1 month in advance of release - which I always did. Now, there is no damn sign of the latest Suse- and the release is next week. Novell marketing is stuffing up big time and whoever is in charge should have his/her bum severely kicked for not looking after the interests of the company.
