[opensuse] GUI frontend for MSSQL and other DBs

Hi, what are your recommendations for a simple GUI which may execute and list results from SQL queries, send to MS SQL server? Something like MySQL's Query browser, or MS's own Enterprise manager. I do not need something fancy, I need to be able to run queries, and view the results.
