I prefer NOT to HAVE TO pay for a manual.
Good point... so, the Novell people, sharp as they are, should have more than one boxed set option... SuSE Lite... and SuSE Professional. ...Let the market decide which set they prefer...

Haven't followed this thread too thoroughly.. But why not just make TWO boxes? One with the full set of DVD's and one with the full set of CD's. And have the manual as a "side order". "One SuSE 10.1 DVD box and a manual to go please...." That way there is no problems of "This or that package aren't supplied with the Retail box i need the full Pro version for just this one package." And those who want the hardcopied manual can get it in shiny print and color. Just my $0.02 worth of strange ideas... -- /Rikard ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- email : rikard.j@rikjoh.com web : http://www.rikjoh.com mob: : +46 (0)763 19 76 25 ------------------------ Public PGP fingerprint ---------------------------- < 15 28 DF 78 67 98 B2 16 1F D3 FD C5 59 D4 B6 78 46 1C EE 56 >
