I wonder why, cause I haven't touched anything in the printersetup.
Could be anything, use enable DJ895 and see if it becomes active again.
I have tested with enable:
enable DJ895 -bash: enable: DJ895: not a shell builtin
What am I told here ?.
Try /usr/bin/enable DJ895 instead. I don't understand why there is a conflict here, there has been for a long time.
Thank you Ken, thank you all that has helped me so kindly. The /usr/bin/enable DJ895 did the trick. We can hope, that this conflict will be solved soon.
After a little more insight it won't be solved anytime soon. enable is a bash shell builtin command and conflicts with the /usr/bin/enable command. Don't know which one came first but one of them needs to be changed to something else. -- Ken Schneider UNIX since 1989, linux since 1994, SuSE since 1998
