Opera is "freely distributable" (I suppose), so it's the same as Realplayer, Adobe Reader, ...
That's why it can be included in SUSE Linux 10.0 (retail box) but not into SUSE Linux OSS 10.0 ;)

you're right - and that's why we put it on ftp.suse.com in the extra directory together with other non-OSS stuff,

I downloaded Opera on SUSE Linux 10 rc. Its no problem when Opera isn`t included, a download is just a easy way to do. So why border to place it on SUSE Linux 10.0 or SUSE Linux OSS 10.0. Ben
